The Faithful Abdo Diab (Abu Yasir) entered eternal restSeptember,7 2016With submission to the will of God, with great sorrow, we announce passing away of faithful Abdo Diab (Abu Yasir) on Monday September 05, 2016 in Fontana, California.
Born: February 05, 1935, Fairuzah, Homs, Syria
Died: September 05, 2016, Fontana, California
Condolences: Are accepted on Tuesday and Wednesday September 06 and 07, from 6-10 pm at St. Elias Church social hall, at: 2098 Benson Ave., Upland, CA 91784
Funeral: Will be held at 11:30 am. on Saturday September 10, 2016, at St. Ephraim Syriac Orthodox Cathedral at: 900 N. Glenoaks Blvd., Burbank, CA 91502.
His Eminence and the Clergy of the Western Archdioceses extend their prayers and heartfelt condolences to the virtue wife and children of the Late Abdo Diab and his relatives.

The Western Archdiocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church of Antioch,
providing spiritual guidance and leadership to the Syriac Orthodox
community, is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, tax-exempt organization
comprised of 18 churches and parishes in 17 western states. It was
established in 1952 as the Archdiocese of the Syrian Orthodox Church
encompassing the entire United States and Canada. In November 1995 by
the Holy Synod, the Western Archdiocese was formed to exclusively
serve the 17 states of the western half United States.
